About Us

Total Office was established in 1989 as a stationery and office equipment supplier. The Company found early success in this area and rapidly established a reputation for excellent service, quality products and good pricing.

In 1996, Steelcase Inc, the largest manufacturer of Office Furniture in the world, selected Total Office to be its sole dealership in Trinidad and Tobago. In the subsequent years, Total Office became a leader in the Office Furniture industry in Trinidad & Tobago and one of the largest dealers in the Caribbean.

Vinyl and carpet flooring products, window treatments, high density storage options, wire management systems and a host of other brands where added in the 2000’s.

In April 2010, Total Office established a subsidiary in Barbados and purchased the Steelcase Dealership Rights from the existing Steelcase dealer. Total Office Barbados commenced operations shortly after the purchase and established a new showroom and warehouse in Warrens. Total Office Barbados also offers the full range of Total Office products.

Subsequently, Total Office established a subsidiary in Guyana, commenced operations and established a new showroom and warehouse. Total Office Guyana also offers the full range of Total Office products.

Total Office Caribbean, established in 2010, is responsible for all its non-presence territories: St. Vincent and the Grenadines, St. Lucia, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Maarten, Anguilla, Grenada, Dominica, Suriname, Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao and Antigua.

Finally, in 2019, Steelcase appointed Total Office its sole dealership in Jamaica. As in the other territories, Total Office Jamaica also offers the full range of Total Office products.
